Event Time and Date

Tuesday, March 7 2017, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Who we are: This is My Niagara is a Brock University run organization with a mission to inspire a movement towards connecting young talent with small and medium sized business, non-profits and public sector organizations in Niagara, as well as showcasing the Niagara Region as a unique place to live and work.

The Connect event: We are hosting our 5th annual Connect networking event on March 7th, 2017 from 6:30-9:00 pm at RodmanHall, downtown St. Catharines. The event highlights guest speakers from the Niagara Region, and works to provide networking opportunities for local businesses, students, community members and entrepreneurs. Free food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided! The Connect event will give guests the opportunity to hear three local entrepreneurs. Ransom Hawley, CEO of Caddle, Taylor Book, Owner of Beechwood Donuts and Alex Digenis, Owner of Henley Honda.

Why come? Networking: This is My Niagara believes the best way to Connect is through networking. Networking allows the chance for individuals to mingle, socialize and discuss their current career, project and/or future aspirations. Bringing business cards to the event is encouraged but not necessary if you are a student. The Connect event provides a relaxed and open atmosphere to make these connections.
